Mr. Paresh Tahkor

Mr. Paresh Thakor is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of diverse experience in HR, administration, and procurement. Since May 2022, he has been contributing to the Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar, managing HR operations, administrative functions, and procurement processes. Previously, he spent over nine years at the INFLIBNET Centre, Ministry of Education, where he specialized in recruitment, contract management, salary processing, and vendor coordination. His experience also includes roles at the Institute for Plasma Research and the Physical Research Laboratory, where he handled procurement coordination, database management, and administrative functions. Early in his career, he worked with Rushi Communication, adding further depth to his administrative expertise. Paresh is highly skilled in stakeholder management, grievance handling, HRIS, and strategic thinking, excelling in dynamic and multidisciplinary environments.

Mr. Paresh holds an MSc in IT, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA), and an MCom. He is Proficient in MS tools and data analysis; he brings a strong technical and analytical approach to his work.
