International Student Affairs Cell (ISAC)
The International Student Affairs Cell (ISAC) at the IIPHG is to support incoming international students throughout their academic journey in India. This SOP provides an overview of our services, resources, and required information to ease their transition. The ISAC is tasked with overseeing student exchange initiatives and addressing the requirements of participating students. Additionally, it collaborates with the Student Exchange Offices of diverse international universities, establishing new partnerships to enhance IIPHG’s global recognition and visibility.
About the ISAC Cell :
In today’s globalized world, the diverse cultures of the world are all interconnected. ISAC is to help our international students experience different cultures of India. The ISAC organizes inbound and outbound exchange programs that span various fields of study, providing students with opportunities to learn in different cultural and academic landscapes. Collaborative research projects with leading institutions and organizations to help bridge the global knowledge gap and improve the quality of higher education.
The ISAC at IIPHG is a dedicated cell that caters to the specific needs of international students. We offer guidance and support on various aspects, including:
- Pre-arrival information: visas, travel logistics, accommodation
- Arrival assistance: airport pickup (optional, may require additional charges)
- Registration process
- Academic Orientation
- Cultural adaptation workshops
- Social events and buddy programs
- Liaison with local authorities and embassies
