  5. Ayodhya’s Heat Action Plan : Localized Strategies for a Cooler Future  On March 24, 2025, the Heat Action Plan (HAP) training session was inaugurated at the Ayodhya Municipal Corporation. The Municipal Commissioner underscored the importance of tailoring the HAP to Ayodhya’s unique climate challenges and urged IIPHG and NRDC to develop localized, actionable solutions.

The study is part of a global project examining heat impacts in impoverished areas worldwide.
