Mr. Hardik Shah is a graduate in commerce and has been working as a Junior Section Officer (Account & Finance) at the Indian Institute of Public Health Gandhinagar since October 2008. Prior to joining IIPH, he worked as an accountant for 10 years at The Gujarat Cancer Society, a leading NGO in India based in Ahmedabad. With 25 years of experience in managing financial records, Mr. Hardik has developed key skills in accounting and finance. He is proficient in using accounting software like Tally ERP and has extensive experience in maintaining books of accounts, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and filing deadlines. He is also skilled in accounts reconciliation, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and conducting both statutory and internal financial audits to address any discrepancies. Additionally, Mr. Hardik is an expert in preparing financial Management Information Systems (MIS) for projects sponsored by both State and Central Governments as well as multinational corporations (MNCs).
