Criteria of experience and requirement of documents
  • Any experience claimed should be obtained after completing the basic qualification (Graduation)
  • In case of undergraduate degrees with mandatory internship, the experience must be obtained after completion of internship.
  • Two overlapping experiences cannot be claimed for the same period. (e.g, If a person is employed somewhere during 1st Jan 2020 – 31st March 2020 and he/she engages in another consultancy during the same period, he/she can claim experience on 3 months only, not six months)
  • Any experience certificate should clearly mention the duration of experience
  • Joining letter/appointment letter alone cannot be considered for claiming experience, unless supported by other relevant document (pay slip, bank statement, etc.) to substantiate the duration of the job.
